Comic Art Goes NFT
Clearly, NFT Comic Art is something new. The World of art in general is in upheaval. Concepts are shifting and the new option of AI Art is intimidating, if not frightening.
Lovers of Comic Art value creators and their visions. As some of them still collect comics in printed form, some are diversifying their portfolios with digital versions.
The aficionado might consider going digital and look to Comic Art NFTs.
These are solely his own, but can be shown to others, of course.
A virtual collection is always handy on your mobile device.
The young generation has an easygoing understanding of digital art. People discover comics in different ways – webcomics, e-books, downloaded PDFs or NFTs.
C2C – from artist to collector
Art NFTs offer a new perspective on the relationship between creators and buyers.
One may be in direct contact, without a ‚middle-man‘, so to speak.
If you were to buy a painting, you’d usually have to go to a gallery and purchase art from the owners of that marketplace.
The C2C-model (consumer to consumer) allows a more direct approach of collectiong art.
The Electric Comics Club is now the intermediary, taking care of minting, presenting and advertising NFT Comic Art.
Our artists keep the copyrights and their freedom to create. They don’t have to be insiders to the NFT world – the ECC is their transparent and committed partner.
Comics deserve significance
Modern ways of commerce require modern ideas and fresh concepts.
The gallery of old may not be the right place anymore to trade Comic Art – not when it comes to digitally created works.
A shop displaying art on screens is conceivable, of course, but feels slightly ‚off‘.
Keep it simple, says the Electric Comics Club. Browse for Comic Art on your device and be able to purchase something you like directly from a NFT platform.
We are just making suggestions by showcasing artists we believe in. The Club wants to bring together all parties with its expertise and credibility.
The Electric Comic Club is no online-gallery. We are a network, a bullpen, we are curators for Comic Art – then this is what’s still missing on the NFT market.
We aim to create excess value. Our featured art strives for longevity. Because we love comics and are convinced that comics deserve a place in society.
